DeSantis names new Secretary of Elder Affairs

Governor-elect Ron DeSantis has appointed Richard Prudom as Secretary of the Florida Department of Elder Affairs

It’s a promotion for Prudom – he’s been Deputy Secretary and Chief of Staff for the Department of Elder Affairs since 2011.

Before serving at Elder Affairs, Prudom worked as the Director of Financial Management for the Department of Corrections and Chief of Staff at the Department of Corrections.
